The Annapurna Base Camp trek typically takes 7–10 days from Pokhara, passing through Ghandruk, Chhomrong, and Machapuchare Base Camp before reaching the glacier basin at 4,130m.

Why choose ABC

Shorter than EBC, lush forests, and dramatic close-up views of Annapurna I and Machapuchare. Teahouse infrastructure is excellent throughout.

Permits

You'll need an Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP) and TIMS. Both are available in Pokhara or Kathmandu before you depart.
